Easy Meal without stress to go and enjoy

Soon it will be a new year and new resolutions will be made. In September I've just started with my nutrition. I am currently writing my second edition of the mini travel guide VeganBerlin, so I wanted to eat consistently vegan. But with me eating this way often fails because of the time for shopping or cooking so I searched for healthy food without stress involved and discovered EasyMeal from Anh Nguyen.

Getting easily well-fed

For just 17.66 € 5 meals a day (standard version: 3 main meals and 2 snacks) are ready prepared and cooked. All that's needed is to just warm up (or alternatively all meals can also be eaten cold) either in the microwave or on the stove. It is important to know that their packaging is biodegradable and most of the food is organic! As I've said, I tried the vegan version and was very happy and well-fed during September! I also liked that you can look into their vegan (or other) menu before ordering, so you really know, what you are getting.

Easy Meal is not only for workaholics, who can order their food to the office, but also can save you on a hungover Sunday. You are free to choose whether you want to receive your delivery between 5:00 and 7:00, between 7:00 and 9:00, or between 9:00 and 11:00.

There is also an office package that includes a lunch and snack as a cornerstone for a healthy and balanced lunch break that costs only 9.25 €. In fact, I've already thought about giving a monthly subscription as a gift for mothers-to-be or fathers-to-be, as there are lots of things to do (besides cooking), especially in the first few months!

With Easy Meal there is no cheat day, because with Easy Meal there is now a delivery service that brings you healthy food. Easy. Healthy. Happy. I tried this for the first time whilst on my vegan journey and was surprised how much I liked it :D. For more healthy food tips you can follow them on instagram: #easymeal
