The Berlin Art Market is one of the oldest traditional markets in the eastern part of the city. Since 1990 artists, craftsmen and designers present their self-made works here. Directly on the Spree, in the historic surroundings of the Museum Island in Berlin Mitte, the Berlin Art Market takes place every weekend at the Zeughaus. The Mauerpark Markt is more than just a market event - it is a mixture of market event, open air festival and Sunday meeting point for tourists and Berliners. The Now Koelln Flowmarkt is a neighborhood market with a character all of its own, as it brings together tradespeople and private sellers. The '17. Juni' is the oldest flea market in the western part of the city and was opened in 1973. The market is located in front of the Ernst Reuter House in the Charlottenburg district. Here creative market and junk meet, in addition to arts and crafts, second-hand and antiques are also offered. Your visit to the market on June 17th is exciting, because there is virtually everything to buy: Picture frames, old furniture, antique books and textiles of the last decades let especially the hearts of retro and vintage fans beat faster. The Wedding Market takes place every 1st Sunday of the month from June to December on Leopoldplatz. There to admire there is an interesting mix of selected artisans, designers and artists. The market stalls of the Wedding Market are also very individual and offer space for illustrations, paintings, ceramics, fashion and jewelry. In addition, there are about ten street food stalls at the market, which provide for the culinary well-being of visitors.
