Yoga in Berlin – in this case in Neukölln – is refreshing and impactful for your everyday life. From vinyasa flow to Hatha you can find all the different yoga classes. Whether you are there to work off a hangover, clear an over-stimulated mind or open-up an office-bound body, yoga makes you (slightly sweaty) smile.
Luckily for you, I am working on a YogaBerlin map. It took time and sweat, but here you have my Top 5 yoga studios of Neukölln. If you want to find more hidden gems of Berlin pick a map in my shop.
In December 2017 Sünne and Stassy welcomed their first Hotpod yogis in their new Neukölln residence. A Hotpod looks like a bouncer castle. I personally love that it is dark and cocoon-like. So you can really focus on your yoga practice. This inflatable, 37 degree heated studios holds up to 20 people, which means there is always enough space next to you and the teachers can help you with your postures.
Expect to be transported a million miles from the world outside into the perfect hot yoga environment.

Dharma Yoga is practiced in the lineage of Shiva taught by our Guru Sri Dharma Mittra and his Guru Sri Swami Kailashananda. As students of Dharma Mittra we want to devote our practice to lord Shiva who brought Yoga to the people. Shivas cave is a temple for dedicated students, who want to practice and discover the secrets of the science of Yoga. It is a space about 100 squaremetres located in the city centre of berlin, the heart of neukölln. If you wish to learn more and dive deeper into the Yoga universe, Shivas Cave is the perfect place.
